Job Description
The role of the customer service and operations manager is as follows:
Replying to all customer enquiries on email and whatsapp as fast as possible, preferably no longer than 12 hours.
Picking up calls from customers and responding to them as much as possible. (On average, we are getting about 7 calls a day, but this may increase)
Liaising with wholesalers, printers, suppliers and delivery personnel we work with to ensure all customer requirements are met on time. (E.g. Samples, Orders...)
Update our sales monitoring chart and sheets on a daily basis to track customer enquiries and orders.
Other administrative duties. (E.g. Assisting customers with creating product mockups..)
Requirements
The requirements of the role include:
Full time commitment to replying customers promptly and ensuring order enquiries, followups and orders are done on time. (You can do part time giggs while working with us, as long as our customers enquiries are met on time.)
Can commit for at least 6 months - 1 year with The Noteway.
Can effectively handle sudden surge in orders and enquiries during peak periods, and customer complaints when situation arises.
Having a good command of Written and Spoken English, as well as Spoken Chinese will be a huge bonus.
In case, you are attracted by just the perks of working from home during flexible hours, do note that this is NOT an easy job and will at least take you 3-5 hours spread across the day even if you are fast.
